Remodeling and now building homes is the cornerstone of who we have become. So you are a design/build company? Heck no. We remake homes that are in terrible shape or build new ones using the latest materials and technologies as rental or Airbnb properties. We provide services to builders and homeowners to offset the expenses of renovation/building our properties.
Nick Edmiston - Received an AA in Heavy Equipment Operations from Penn College, Sr. Heavy Equipment Operator with expertise on a variety of large and small equipment, including excavators, rubber-tire loaders, dozers, and rollers. CDL Class A Licensed provides transportation of equipment and dump trucks.​
Jim Edmiston - Spent childhood renovating 100-year houses with family, and continued remodeling to this day.
